All Products shipped to Tekwave/UBNT.ca under RMA, exchange or refund must be freight prepaid. Tekwave/UBNT.ca will pay the shipping charges to send RMA replacements via a carrier of our choice. Customer may request and would be solely responsible for payment of any shipping upgrades. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Tekwave/UBNT.ca for exchanges. Customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges if a unit has been tested and found NOT to be defective
All C.O.D and collect shipments will be refused and Tekwave/UBNT.ca will not be held responsible for any return shipping charges incurred by not accepting C.O.D or collect shipments
Tekwave/UBNT.ca will not accept the return of any opened unit for exchange, credit or refund. UBNT.ca will gladly exchange, credit or refund any unit that is not a special order item if we are notified within 14 days of purchase.All returns for exchange, refund or credit must be in the original packaging in NEW and UNUSED condition with the factory seals intact. All returns for exchange or refund must be authorized by a Tekwave/UBNT.ca representative. If Authorized, you will be issued a Restock RMA number prior to the return and a 10% restock fee will apply .A Restock RMA number is valid for 7 business days from the date of issue. If UBNT.ca does not receive the return within this time frame or tracking number indicating the item has been shipped, then the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense
Brokerage, Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver for all orders shipped outside Canada
